If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 wellness coaching might be the right step for you.

At your first clinic visit we will review your current health with a full history, check your vital signs, order labs and find the right customized meal plan.

At your second visit, we will follow up on how you have been doing with your new lifestyle changes. We will review labs and make recommendations. If appropriate, we will discuss prescribing a weight loss medication.

We help you get off medications you don’t need, change or stop medications that cause weight gain, and prescribe weight loss medications as needed.  Some prescription weight loss medications do require initial in person visit for comprehensive assessment.

At each appointment we will discuss challenges like emotional eating to meal prep, food logging to eating out at restaurants. Consistent healthy habits over time are the key to long lasting success.
