sardines, artichoke & olives

Not everyone is a fan of this tinned fish, but I have fond childhood memories of sharing a tin of sardines on saltine crackers with my father. This is a simple combination that is as easy as it comes to prepare after a long day.


1/2 can drained Brunswick Gourmet Style Sardine fillets, in olive oil

7 Crunchmaster multi-seed Rosemary & Olive oil crackers

1 oz (3-4 pieces) Reese Artichoke Hearts, grilled marinated

5 Kalamata Olives, pitted
