Salmon & Quinoa Salad

1 Cup Butterhead lettuce, chopped

1/4 Cup Quinoa, cooked and cooled per package directions

1 Can Smoked Salmon, drained

1 oz sliced fermented red onion

6 cherry tomatoes

2 Tbsp kishmish raisins

1 Tbsp pine nuts

1 tsp robust olive oil

1 tsp red balsamic vinegar

Add ingredients to a bowl, drizzle with oil & vinegar
